In Ephesians 6:10-18 we are instructed to put on the full armor of God, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, shoes to stand firm, the shield of faith, the helmet of God’s saving power and the sword of the word of God.
Nowhere in that passage does it suggest that we put on any sort of armor to protect our backside as we turn and flee in fearful retreat.
Follow along as we make our way through scripture to identify those passages that direct us to not be afraid, to not worry or be anxious ¦ to be strong & courageous, to have faith and trust in God.
